ABOUT THE COUPLE!

Emma was born and raised in Long Island. She went to college and majored in Communications Design at F.I.T. in Manhattan. She moved to Brooklyn her sophomore year and never left... she fell in love with the cozy, trendy borough.
Rob was born in New Jersey and moved to Queens when he was in elementary school. He soon realized his love of music and made a band with a few friends. He plays guitar and sings for the same band in and around NYC to this day. He got his Associates in audio production and freelances recording bands and musicians.

Emma and Rob met four years ago at a concert in Long Island. They were both at the concert alone and ended up having seats next to each other. They started chatting over the hot dog that Emma was eating, and the rest is history! Rob proposed to Emma four years later at the same concert venue when they were seeing the same band they had seen four years earlier. Of course Emma said yes!
Emma and Rob now live together in Brooklyn and they love going on dates to museums and walking around the many parks in the five boroughs. They love finding new restaurants and bars to become regulars at, and they love meeting new people!
The reason for the location of the wedding is because when they made plans for their first date, it was at the MET and Emma waited in her favorite room for Rob. When he went to meet her in the Temple of Dendur, he saw her and the light pouring into the room made her look so beautiful and he knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her!
